I'm not sure how to actually sway anybody's opinion on this subject -- you either don't actually *care* about "naughty" ads, since you realize the human body is *what we're supposed to be attracted to*, or you're so terrified by sex that you're blocked out the memories of the conception of your children (if applicable) and you just stuck your fingers in your ears, singing "la la la!" during sex ed.
