Today's example of how the media tries to shape the narrative is a little more subtle. A few minutes ago a news organization posted this on Twitter:

The entire media is shitting its pants right now about the Mueller report concluding "no collusion, no obstruction." Even when they try to appear neutral, they can't help but use imagery like this: a crisp rendition of the Congressional building against a dark, foreboding storm brewing behind it.
Far be it for them to take five minutes to go outside and take an actual picture when they can just buy a dark and brooding stock photo that suits their mood just as well.
